Carolina Restoration & Waterproofing is a recognized leader in the Carolinas for projects involving masonry and facade restoration, concrete repair and waterproofing. Since our incorporation in 1993, we have performed hundreds of jobs, ranging from $500 to over $8 million.

Our size is our advantage. We are big enough to tackle large, complex projects, yet small enough to offer the hands-on attention and supervision your project demands. We are a team dedicated to performing our contracts on time and with the quality you expect. After all, not every company is entrusted to restore the Wright Brothers Memorial, but then again, we’re no ordinary company.

While our main office is outside of Raleigh, our crews report directly to the jobsites and stay near the worksite during the week, occasionally traveling home for the weekend. This allows us to serve the entire southeastern region, and assures our crew is focused on your project and successfully completing it on time. Over the last 14 years we have studied this process and with input from our valued employees have refined it to assure successful projects and happy clients.

In 2007, CA Lindman (CAL) acquired Carolina Restoration and Waterproofing, Inc. (CRW) in Raleigh, NC, effective 1/1/07. CRW has serviced the Southeastern region from Richmond to Atlanta performing hundreds of successful masonry and concrete restoration projects. CRW currently employs a staff of over 50 field personnel and consistently performs over $12M in yearly revenue.. Now with Lindman’s growing staff and experience we can undertake even more demanding projects with ease. Lindman’s strength and resources allow us to perform projects up to $15M.

We have serviced outside of the Southeastern Region anywhere from Nashville Tennessee,to Birmingham Alabama, all the way down to Panama City.
